City Council Meetings

Beginning May 7, 2013, the City of El Paso will move its City Council meetings along with all city public meetings to the new City Hall located at 300 N. Campbell.

Parking

City Council Days – The public can park in the non-gated section of the City Hall parking lot (see map below) located across Campbell Street; disabled parking will be available at this location. Meters along Mills Avenue across City Hall will be bagged as well to allow for free public parking on City Council days only. If extra parking is needed due to construction, the public can park in the lot behind City Hall until the construction along Mills Ave. is cleared.
*A portion of Mills Ave. will be closed due to construction, but parking can be accessed from Texas Ave. through Ochoa St.

Regular Work Days - Public parking, including disabled parking, will be available in the non-gated section of the City Hall parking lot located across Campbell Street. Also, the public can park for free for one hour at meters on Mills Avenue across City Hall.



City Council Meetings will still be held on Tuesdays at 8:30 am. The meetings will be broadcast live on City 15 cable channel 15.2 and will be streamed live on-line by clicking here.

One Stop Shop

The One-Stop Shop and the Development Assistance Center (DAC) have relocated to 811 Texas. All services/activities, in addition to Planning and Building Permits matters, will continue to be provided at this new location, to include:

• Licensing

• Commercial building tenant improvements

• Code compliance information

• Expedited special event permits

• Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) resources
