The Criminal Investigations Division (CID) handles most major criminal investigations. CID consists of three sections:

Crimes Against Persons
Homicide, Aggravated Robbery, Sexual Assaults, Kidnappings, Gang Unit, SHOCAP, Registered Sexual Offenders Unit
Crimes Against Children
Child Abuse
DSRT/FFJ
Drive-By Shooting Response Team
Financial Crimes
White Collar, Public Integrity, Cyber Crime Unit, Fugitives Unit

With the exception of the Crimes Against Children Unit, all sections are located at Police Headquarters.
