Notice is hereby given that, during a regular meeting of the City Council held on October 21, 2014, the Mayor has approved and the City Council has passed the following Ordinances:

ORDINANCE 018259 An Ordinance changing the zoning of a portion of Lot 14, Block 113, Eastwood Heights Unit V, Replat B, 10420 Montwood Drive & 10424 Brian Mooney Avenue, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas from A-O (Apartment-Office) to C-1 (Commercial). ORDINANCE 018268 An Ordinance amending Title 20 (Zoning), Chapter 20.02 (Definitions) to amend the definition of shopping center. The penalty is as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code.
 
ORDINANCE 018269 An Ordinance amending Title 12 (Vehicles and Traffic), Chapter 12.88 (Schedules), Section 12.88.030 (Schedule III - Parking Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets) Paragraph 354 (Sun Bowl Drive), to amend the No Parking Locations on Sun Bowl Drive, the penalty being as provided in Chapter 12.84.010 and Chapter 12.85 of the El Paso City Code.
