The Support Services Division provide computer hardware/software technical services to all city departments. The Help Desk team consists of six technicians that provide remote and phone support. The Support Services team consists of fifteen field technicians resolve escalated service requests remotely or on-site.
The Support Services staff maintain and service over 4,000 work stations and responds to over 1,300 service requests each month. DoITS has implemented a PC refresh plan with the goal of a 25% refresh rate each fiscal year.
