Wellness Program


The City of El Paso’s Wellness Program is effective January 1, 2012. Non Uniform employees enrolled in the City’s Health Plan may participate in up to three programs: 1) Wellness Incentive Program; 2) Fitness Membership Incentive Program; and 3) Get Active Program.


$10 medical deduction reimbursement per pay-period for one year when you meet four requirements:

*Must be performed at the City’s Wellness Centers or LifeCare Centers and Scheduled through the online system. Results are delivered to the H2U Wellness Centers within one week. You may walk-in during their regular scheduled hours to pick them up and review with H2U staff. See “Wellness Centers” link on side menu for their location and hours of operation.

This is only a scheduling site. If you need to re-schedule your appointment, you will need to return to this site and request a new one. Please note that re-scheduled appointments that fall into the next month due to availability may cause a lapse in your Wellness Program. Fitness Membership Incentive Program:

$10 monthly reimbursement for membership. Must provide proof of payment and eight visits to fitness facility per month.

For facilities that cannot generate an electronic attendance report, the Fitness Membership Attendance Log below must be used going forward.

Get Active Program:

Aetna’s European Expedition starts June 16, 2014 for Non-Uniformed employees enrolled in the City’s Health Plan. Registration opened May 28, 2014.
