Fire Prevention
Welcome to the web site for the El Paso Fire Prevention Division. The goal of the Fire Prevention Division is to help prevent fires through a combination of inspections of businesses for the conformity to the locally adopted fire code, to ensure compliance thru enforcement, and to educate the public to conduct all activities with a conscious effort of placing fire safety at the forefront. In addition, we provide fire cause and origin investigations to map and record possible trends in previous fires that should be brought to the attention of the public in an effort to limit further loss of life or property.
