The City of El Paso Department of Transportation (EPDoT) will be working on paving the following alleys the week of December 24, 2012:

The construction work is funded through 2013-19 Infrastructure Certificates of Obligation and is intended to help the City of El Paso comply with federal regulations for particulate matter (PM-10), which requires dust control measures on roads, streets and alleys.
Alley project scope may include; removal of vegetation, grading of surface, replacement and/or repairs of utilities, and applying a new asphalt riding surface.
Proper traffic control measures will be in place to direct the traveling public through these areas for this period.
The alley paving schedule is a plan that may be modified due to weather or other unforeseen events.
