The Training and Public Programs Division is designed to educate the community about the services within The City of El Paso’s Environmental Services Department. This is provided through partnership opportunities and other community outreach activities. The division also provides skills development and risk management services to employees working at Environmental Services.
This program was developed to establish relationships within the El Paso community. Individuals and organizations can volunteer with the department to promote a beautiful, safe, clean and healthy environment. Want to learn to more about being a responsible pet owner, curbside recycling or how to avoid common code violations? The Training and Public Programs Division can help by providing your organization or campus with educational presentations about the programs within Environmental Services.
