City of El Paso Texas

Environmental Services provides dead animal pick-up and removal services throughout the City of El Paso. Residents may request this service by calling the Environmental Services Department at (915) 621-6700. A fee will be added to your El Paso Water Utilities bill for this service. This service is available between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Fees

Domesticated animals weighing 49 lbs or less	$20.00
Domesticated animals weighing more than 50 lbs	$40.00
Farm animals within the city limits	$150.00
Farm animals within El Paso County but outside the city limits	$175.00

Tax will be added to all charges.

Guidelines

Dead animals must be bagged and placed at the edge of the curb prior to pick-up.

Reporting Dead Animals found on City Roadways

Dead animals found on City roadways may be reported to the Environmental Services Department at (915) 621-6700.
