REGULAR ITEMS:

 

IV.     Public hearing to determine if the Building and  Standards Commission

      for the property located at 2717 San Diego, in the City of El Paso, is in

      compliance with the order of July 31, 2013, and if not, to determine

      penalties. The owner of this property is identified as Mike Herrera, and he 

      has been notified of this hearing.

V.     Public hearing to determine if the property located at 127 S. Seville Drive,

     in the City of El Paso, are dangerous structures and determine if the owners

    will be ordered to secure, repair, remove or demolish the property. The

    interested party has been identified as Louis Gomez and Carmen Garcia

    Gomez, and they have been notified of this hearing.

VI.     Public hearing to determine if the property located at 5540 Edinburg Drive,

      in the City of El Paso, are dangerous structures and determine if the owner

     will be ordered to secure, repair, remove or demolish the property. The

     interested party has been identified as Jaime J. Tucker, and he has been

     notified of this hearing.

VII.     Public hearing to determine if the property located at 1828 W. Paisano

       Drive, in the City of El Paso, are dangerous structures and determine if 

      the  owners will be ordered to secure, repair, remove or demolish the

      property. The interested parties have been identified as Hartís Homestead,

     L. P. Ė Texas and Hartís Homestead LP % Charles Johns and they have

     been notified of this hearing.

VIII.     Public hearing to determine if the property located at 1836 W. Paisano

       Drive, in the City of El Paso, are dangerous structures and determine if the

      owners will be ordered to secure, repair, remove or demolish the property.

      The interested parties have been identified as Hartís Homestead, L. P. Ė

      Texas and Hartís Homestead LP % Charles Johns and they have been 

      notified of this hearing.

IX.     Adjournment

 

The Building Standards Commission of the City of El Paso may retire into EXECUTIVE

SESSION pursuant to the Section 3.5A of the El Paso City Charter and the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter D, to discuss any of the following:  (The items listed below are matters of the sort routinely discussed in Executive Session, but the Building Standards Commission of the City of El Paso may move to Executive Session any of the items on this agenda, consistent with the terms of the Open Meeting Act.)  The Building Standards Commission will return to open session to take any final action and may also, at any time during the meeting, bring forward any of the following items for public discussion, as appropriate.
