The City of El Paso offers great business incentives with special business zones to help give regional companies an edge in the marketplace and help them expand and prosper. The City Development Department implements these incentives in an effort to create and retain jobs and taxable investment in the City of El Paso. The City’s Economic Development Division works directly with businesses, business organization and other City departments to facilitate new investment and creating a business-friendly environment that ensures a stable economy. We realize economic growth, revenue enhancement and community revitalization are achieved by attracting new companies, retaining and/or expanding existing companies and making El Paso competitive in emerging markets.
